Dear XX Team

I know some people prefer working in later hours. ACompany official office hour is 9:00AM- 6:00PM and we are already very flexible. I like to have all my team members (including XX, XXX and Xxxxxx) come to the office no later than 9:30AM in principle, so you can go home not too late.

I got an e-mail from my boss today. I wouldn't do this if I were in charge, I think. As an intelligent worker (programmer), I don't think obeying the working hours can improve the productivity any bit and I do believe as an manager, he must think up other ways to heat us up.
